By accessing and using BundleBoss services through WhatsApp or Telegram, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BundleBoss provides bill payment services including but not limited to:

• • Airtime purchases for all major Nigerian networks
• • Data bundle purchases
• • Electricity bill payments
• • Cable TV subscriptions (DSTV, GOtv, Startimes)
• • Other utility payment services

3. User Obligations

As a user of BundleBoss, you agree to:

• • Use the service only for lawful purposes
• • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Not engage in any fraudulent activities
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made before services are delivered. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the transaction process. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services instantly. However, delivery times may vary depending on the service provider. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and cancellations. Generally, once a service has been successfully delivered, refunds are not provided unless there was an error on our part.

7. Limitation of Liability

BundleBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this service, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or licensed to BundleBoss and are protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through our service channels. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
